Breaking Dawn Part 2 - Review of "The Guardian", 18 November

This fifth and final film in the movie franchise based on Stephenie Meyer's Twilight saga begins "in medias res" and will be completely incomprehensible to newcomers. As advertised in the semi-trailer that concluded Breaking Dawn Part 1, we arrive at an epic struggle on a frozen lake in the American Northwest. On the one hand there are vampires around the world devoted to peaceful coexistence, led by Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart), a newborn vampire, mother of a child early, and married to the vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson).

On the other hand, there are the Volturi, a collection of hardcore vampires left cowled from the beautiful old Europe, led by a smiling Martin Sheen, who looks more than ever to Tony Blair. There are beheadings and other atrocities on both sides, but with a sleight of hand, the film manages to get his Armageddon is both rimandarlo.Ricordandolo in the future, the devout Twilight fans will love it.
